1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged on arrival
You received the wrong item
The product is defective
The item does not match the description
Note:
Beds, mattresses, and bedding items cannot be returned once used due to hygiene reasons.
2. Timeframe
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours, return requests are not accepted.
3. Condition of the Product
The item must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In original condition
Used bedding, opened mattresses, and assembled beds are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process
Once the product is returned and inspected:
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Provide pictures or videos
We will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost
