Refund and Returns Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The item does not match the description

Note:
Beds, mattresses, and bedding items cannot be returned once used due to hygiene reasons.

2. Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After 48 hours, return requests are not accepted.

3. Condition of the Product

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In original condition

Used bedding, opened mattresses, and assembled beds are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the product is returned and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used bedding

  • Assembled beds

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance sale items

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Provide pictures or videos

  • We will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost
